The City of Hollywood issues solicitations for goods and services through the Procurement Office using OpenGov e-Procurement Portal System. This system allows vendors and suppliers to view solicitations, and submit bids and proposals electronically through the system.
There is NO CHARGE TO VENDORS to use the e-Procurement Portal., however, vendors need to register.
To get started, click https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/hollywoodfl to sign up. You’ll receive an email to activate your account. For more information about how to register, please see our help file here.

Vendors may obtain solicitation information on our OpenGov site. All bids are posted and may be found on e-Procurement Portal. An administrative fee may apply when requesting a printed copy of a formal bid document directly from the City of Hollywood.
Viewing Bid Results
Bid results are normally posted on the e-Procurement Portal.
