The General Obligation Bond Advisory Committee (GOBAC) monitors the implementation of the General Obligation Bond (GOB) projects. The Committee receives GOB project updates and reviews project status on a regular basis. The Committee also makes recommendations, in consultation with City staff, and monitors the implementation of projects to ensure that funds are spent appropriately and projects are completed as planned. The Commission is empowered to make final decisions. Any funding determinations require the City Commission’s approval. The Committee was created with Resolution R-2018-389.
