Customers with internet conductivity are able to access account information 24/7. Customers have access to:
- Account Information - View account information, including account status and balance.
- Payment history - View account payment history.
- Pay Now - Pay bills and store account information in electronic wallet.
- Consumption History - Review daily usage up to 60 days and monthly usage up to 12 months.
- Billing History - View account billing history for the past 12 months. Select bills by date to view or print.
- Edit Account - Change your email.
- Email Us - Send questions or concerns to the Customer Service Department.
- Change Billing Options - Request a paper bill, or e-bill notification. This change happens immediately and your next bill will be handled accordingly.
