The City of Hollywood and Hibernians of Hollywood are teaming up to host the St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival in downtown Hollywood on Sunday, March 12th from noon to 6:00 p.m. The parade begins at 1:00 p.m. and will feature dozens of festive floats, local marching bands and spectacular bagpipe and drum corps including the New York Police Department Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Corps. The world famous Budweiser Clydesdales are also scheduled to join the parade. Anniversary Park will transform into the “Magic of the Emerald Isle” children’s activity area for youngsters of all ages. There is an exciting line-up of traditional Irish entertainment and the Downtown restaurants will be offering Irish favorites like Corned Beef & Cabbage, Shepherd’s Pie and green-colored drinks! Parking is available at City-operated garages and in additional marked lots throughout the downtown.
