The temporary Certificate of Occupancy was issued on December 16, 2009 and the Fire Rescue personnel moved in that week. The Final Certificate of Occupancy was issued on August 25, 2009. The City continues to work with Broward County on the design of an emergency traffic signal for the Taft Street and 21st Avenue intersection. We anticipate completing the design and permit process sometime in October of this year and completing construction in the Spring of 2010.
