Utility Billing Payment System Service Interruption
March 30th-April 1st
The Utility Billing Payment System will be taken offline on Thursday, March 30th at 5:00 p.m. for necessary system-wide maintenance. The online option to view and/or pay your utility bill, as well as the Pay-By-Phone option will be unavailable during the maintenance time. Public Utilities expects to have the system operational by 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1st.
For your convenience, a 24 hour payment drop box is located on the north side of City Hall in the drive through lane. All drop box payments must be made by check or money order only. Public Utilities apologizes for the inconvenience this may cause.
