Residents may submit a question or speak and all attendees should pre-register online. Should inclement weather prevent an in-person event, the open forum will take place virtually via Webex. Pre-registration allows City staff to contact you via email should inclement weather necessitate a virtual meeting.
Each forum begins with a welcome from Mayor Josh Levy followed by the hosting District Commissioner. This meeting is being hosted by Commissioner Peter Hernandez, District 2 Commissioner. Lawn seating available, bring a lawn chair or blanket for comfort. Please follow CDC guidelines, wear a mask, and maintain a safe social distance.
Please note: Speaker's cards will be accepted at the event, however you are encouraged to submit comments/questions on the registration page, as it will ensure comments are submitted for the virtual event if weather prevents an in-person event. Please register comments/questions by October 13th at 3 p.m. If filling out a speaker's card at the event, it must be turned it in by 7 pm.
