Hollywood Beach Restrictions Remain in Place

Hollywood Beach is Open for Limited Active Recreation

On Monday, Broward County issued a new Emergency Order further relaxing the restrictions on county beaches. This latest order also granted municipalities the ability to maintain existing limitations or enact more stringent requirements. To that end, Hollywood Beach remains open with limited recreational use at this time. Permitted uses include limited ocean activities (such as surfing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, body surfing) as well as limited active recreation and exercise (such as walking, running, biking).
