Broward County Moves into Phase III of Governor's Recovery Plan

On September 25, 2020, Governor Ron DeSantis announced all of Florida has moved into Phase III of his Recovery Plan. While COVID-19 positivity rates continue trend favorably, residents should remain vigilant and continue to take the necessary safety precautions. Avoid the  “3 C’s” – Closed Spaces, Crowded Places and Close-Contact Settings, wear a facial covering when in public, and maintain social distancing of at least six feet.

Additionally, Broward County has amended its emergency Orders, including those for all establishments serving food and/or alcohol. All are encouraged to review the latest County order here: Emergency Order 20-26 and continue to follow CDC recommendations and guidelines.
