Time Is Running Out To Apply
For Broward's Small Business Grants
Small businesses with 20 employees or less and non-profits with 25 employees or less should visit Broward.org/Cares to apply for grant awards in the amount of either $5,000, $10,000, or $15,000 to help mitigate the impacts of COVID-19. Over $1 million in federal CARES Act funding is available specifically for Hollywood small businesses through this program administered by Broward County.
Changes were made to eligibility criteria to help more businesses, including:
- Business revenue increase from $1.5M to $2M
- Prior funding from PPP, EIDL, and FL State Bridge Loan increased from $15K to $100K
If the online application for your business was previously deemed ineligible, but you are now eligible due to program eligibility changes, you may reapply at Broward.org/Cares by 12/1 at 10PM. A new Access Broward Account using a new email address will be required. Need help completing the online application?
