COVID-19 Test Kits to be Distributed at Several Broward County Libraries on Friday, December 31^st

Broward County will continue to distribute a limited supply of COVID-19 at-home rapid test kits to residents, while supplies last, on Friday, December 31st. The test kits will be distributed from the drive-through, curbside service lanes outside eight County libraries.

Residents picking up the test kits must come by car and show proof of Broward County residency. There is a limit of two kits per household. Test kits will NOT be distributed inside the libraries or to walk-ups. The County is requesting for the safety of employees that you wear a facial covering as you receive your kits in the drive-through.

The test kits were secured through a partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Broward. County officials received an additional shipment this evening.

For those seeking a kit at the Hollywood Branch Library, please follow this traffic pattern:
To access the line, motorists are advised to use Hollywood Boulevard westbound from Dixie Highway. Vehicles will be lined up in the left lane of Hollywood Boulevard east of City Hall Circle and will be directed to use the north entrance of City Hall Circle at N. 26^th Avenue. Motorists coming from the west are advised to access the line by traveling east via Johnson Street to head south on Dixie Highway and turn right onto Hollywood Boulevard eastbound.
