Important notice regarding agenda items planned for the Wednesday, February 2^nd Regular City Commission Meeting

The City Commission will be considering two items of note at the next Regular City Commission Meeting. The meeting is taking place on Wednesday, February 2^nd at 1 p.m. at Hollywood City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Boulevard, Room 219.  

Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center Redevelopment Project

The City Commission will be considering business agreements for the proposed Hollywood Beach Culture and Community Center Redevelopment Project. The Ground Lease and Comprehensive Agreement are slated as a 5 p.m. time certain agenda item.

First Reading of the Ordinance Amending the Boundaries for City Commission Districts

The first reading of the Ordinance to adopt a new district map for City of Hollywood Commission Districts based on the decennial census is also taking place during the February 2^nd meeting. The City Commission will select one of the six alternatives provided by Florida Atlantic University (FAU).  View FAU's final Redistricting Report for Hollywood here.
