Program Provides Late Shift Employees Direct Rides to and From Work The Broward County Transits' (BCT) Late Shift Connect provides on-demand and direct transportation for late shift workers when regular transit services are generally not available. Broward County Public Transportation Broward County Transit has launched a new plan and is looking for input on future transit options. The new plan is called PREMO, short for premium mobility plan, and will identify a pipeline of premium transit projects that will connect BCT services with regional services.
