As part of the film permitting process, you will be required to distribute notification letters to the business owners or residents who will be impacted by the filming activity. In some instances, the City may require you to receive the permission of all property owners who will be directly impacted by the production. Notification letters must be distributed to all properties within 500 feet of the location(s) of the production. Applicants may be asked to provide a listing of the addresses notified. Notification letters must be approved by the City prior to distribution.
