Our Mission

It is the mission of the Hollywood Fire Rescue & Beach Safety Department to ensure the safety and well being of the citizens, visitors, businesses of Hollywood and surrounding communities. It is accomplished through the provision of emergency medical services, emergency planning and management, fire prevention and life safety services, and emergency response to all types of emergencies.

We are committed to providing these services with the highest level of integrity, fiscal responsibility and regard for human life. The department has the responsibility of meeting the challenges of a changing community while maintaining a high standard of service and commitment to it's employees.
