The City of Hollywood Office of Parking Services owns and operates City parking lots through out the City that are available for public use. Rates and Locations are listed below:

Hollywood Beach Area | Downtown Area

Hollywood Beach:

Keating Park, Hollywood Beach
2400 South Ocean Drive
Violations enforced: 8:00 am until midnight, 7 days a week. Including holidays and weekends.
Cost: $1.00 per hour, master meter, pay and display receipt, 2 machines, 52 parking spaces.

Community Center, Hollywood Beach
1300 Block of South Ocean Drive
Violations enforced: 8:00 am until midnight, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
Cost: $1.00 per hour, master meter, pay and display receipt, 2 machines, 44 parking spaces.

Community Center North, Hollywood Beach
1200 Block of South Ocean Dr.
Violations enforced: 8:00 am until midnight, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
Cost: $1.00 per hour, master meter, pay and display receipt, 2 machines, 43 parking spaces.

Summit Lot, Hollywood Beach
1200 Block of South Surf Road
Violations enforced: 8:00 am until midnight, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
Cost: $1.00 per hour, master meter, pay and display receipt, 4 machines, 118 parking spaces.
No Parking from Sunset to Sunrise.

Violations enforced: 8:00 am until midnight, 7 days per week.
Cost: $1.00 per hour, master meter, pay and display receipt, 1 machine, 26 parking spaces.

ArtsPark, Downtown
Violations enforced: 8:00 am until midnight, 7 days per week, including all holidays.
Cost: 1.00 per hour as of October 1, 2006, master meter, pay and display receipt.
