Beach Area | Downtown Area | Central Business District

City Wide:

City - Wide Annual Resident Metered Parking permit (Permit Sticker)

$150 plus tax

Park - All metered streets and parking lots
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, valid registration and current utility bill- all documents must reflect same Hollywood address.
Permits are not transferable. Permits are not valid in parking garages.

Beach Area:

Hollywood Residents and Beach Merchant Permit
Permanent Decal

Annual $100.00 + 6.00 = $106.00 Oct. 1 - Sept. 30

In Season $75.00 + 4.50 = $.79.50 Nov. 1 - Apr. 30

Off Season $35.00 + 2.10 = $37.10 May 1 - Oct. 31

Park - all beach metered streets and lots except Johnson Street.
Permits are not transferable. Permits are not valid in parking garages.
Requirements:
Residents year round, current driver's license, current registration and a current utility bill, all with the same name and same Hollywood address.
Merchant (limit 2), Business Tax Receipt, current Florida driver's license and current vehicle registration. Permits are not valid in parking garages.

Restricted Transient Rental Permit (Hang Tag) Monthly Permit

$75.00 plus tax Nov. 1 - Oct. 31

Park - Three metered streets north and south of address, except Johnson Street.
Permits are not transferable. Permits are not valid in parking garages.
Requirements:
Current Business Tax Receipt, Current Bed Tax receipt, and State of Florida License. Number of permits issued is the number of units (as stated on Business Tax Receipt) minus the number of off-street private spaces.

Hollywood Beach Resident Guest Permit (Hang Tag) Monthly from date purchased.

$25.00 + 1.50 = $26.50

Park - Metered beach streets and lots except Johnson Street.
Permits are not transferable. Permits are not valid in parking garages.
Requirements:
Sold only to permanent beach residents to give to their guests must bring current driver's license and current vehicle registration, both with same Hollywood address. Also Condo Association Officers for Condo guest use.

Beach Employees Permit (Hang Tag) Monthly from date purchased.

$30.00 plus tax

Park - Under Hollywood Boulevard Bridge
Permits are not transferable. Permits are not valid in parking garages.
Requirements:
Present current pay stub from place of employment, must bring current Florida driver's license and vehicle registration.

Apartment/Condo Permit (Permit Sticker) Six months from date purchased.

$75.00 + 4.50 = $79.50 - Valid any six month period

Park - All metered beach streets and lots, except Johnson Street
Requirements:
Valid driver's license, valid vehicle registration, copy of current lease, rental agreement, or property deed reflecting a Hollywood Beach address. Lease or rental agreement must reflect a specified six month time period.
Permits are not valid in parking garages.

Downtown Residential Parking Permits-Boundaries: South Side of Van Buren Street to Madison Street and 18th to 21st Avenue. Please contact the Van Buren Street Satellite Parking Office at (954) 924-2950 for customer service assistance.
