The Recreational Vehicle Storage Facility is available to all City of Hollywood Residents. In the event that there is no available space in the desired size, we will add your name to our waiting list and notify you as soon as a space becomes available. Once notified, you will have five days to sign the lease and pay for the space. However, when spaces are available and no names are on the waiting list, we will lease spaces to non-city residents.

For your convenience, the facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by use of an electronic gate. Each applicant who purchases a space will receive one access card to enter/exit the facility.

New and returning applicants may obtain a lease by visiting the Office of Parking & Intergovernmental Affairs located at 2600 Hollywood Boulevard, City Hall Annex Building. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, except weekends and holidays. To lease a space, you will be required to provide the following:

• Current driver's license (must have Hollywood Address)
• Current vehicle registration
• $100.00 refundable security deposit

Rates are based on the size of the space required for your recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or boat and/or trailer and payment is due in full at the time of lease. Lease terms are on a six month or twelve month basis and run from October 1 through March 31 and April 1 through September 30 for six months; and October 1 through September 30 for twelve months.
