The
Network e-mails a quarterly e-tip with customer service advice all
employees can use.
The
Network introduced a "Back to Basics" campaign with the slogan
"Stop... Drop... and Roll!" encouraging employees to STOP when they
see a customer, DROP what they're doing and ROLL out excellent
customer service.
In
October, the Network celebrated Customer Service Week by greeting
visitors as they entered City Hall and coordinating a number of
team building activities for City employees.
