Over 400 employees completed the survey developed by the Employee Recognition Network. Results presented a clear message on how recognition reinforces the value we place on employees and their efforts. These results and responses will be used to ensure we take the right steps in employee recognition programs to produce positive
morale and positive outcomes.

The Diamond Service Award is the highest recognition an employee can receive and is awarded to a deserving employee each quarter by the City Manager.
