Fairfax County should provide a road system that provides adequate local access and capacity for through movements, consistent
with financial, social, and environmental constraints and with the County's goal of reducing community by single-occupant
automobile.
The City of Hollywood road system should provide adequate local access throughout the City with a network of North, South, East and
West roadways which conveniently link all critical areas of the City and encourage public transportation use in areas under-served by
road systems.
