The City-Wide Master Plan is a continually evolving process that incorporates planning expertise with
quality public involvement. To date Keith & Schnars, P.A., consultants for the City-Wide Master Plan,
have devised a list of questions for each of the 8 Sub-Areas in the City. These questions are divided into
the 8 Task Forces areas of concern. When the questions are presented to Plan participants at the Joint
Task Force Meetings, the Task Forces answer the questions and report back to the group with the
findings, but this is not the only means of public input on the questions.

Your answers to these questions will be used as the backbone of the Master Planning process since they
elicit beneficial commentary from the participants.
There are a variety of means one may employ to provide input on the questions. One may attend the
Joint Task Forces Meeting, the specific Sub-Area meeting, or an individual Task Force meeting to aid
other Plan participants in answering the questions. One may also answer the questions at home and
either drop them off or mail them to the Community Planning Division in City Hall or email them to
Keith and Schnars, P.A.
Thank you for taking this opportunity to providing your input and comments to the City of
Hollywood.
