1) Statements of Priorities
- identification of Individual Plan priorities through effective communication of concerns for the future
- adoption of each Plan’s priorities as formal City policies
2)Designation of Planning Zones
- Planning Zones will be identified and delineated based on common factors or logistics for a geographic area of the City
- each Planning Zone will contain diagrams of the area’s current appearance, layout or land use, and the future results anticipated from
the implementation of the particular Individual Plan
3) Planning, Zoning & Land Use:
- identification of existing legal tools that regulate planning, zoning and land use
- recommendation of changes to the Planning, Zoning and Land Use codes necessary to implement the Individual Plan
4) Public Facilities:
- identification of adequate pubic facilities and infrastructure required to support implementation of the Individual Plan
- verification that requirements for additional or renovated facilities are reasonable and fundable
