Sylvia Berman was born in Boston, married Robert (Bob) and moved to Hollywood, Florida in November, 1958. We started in the Boulevard Heights subdivision and then moved into Hollywood Hills. From there we moved to Sunshine Ranches, returning to Emerald Hills and, finally, into Hollywood Oaks.

I purchased Post Haste Travel in 1980 and am proud to say that we have grown considerably over the years.

Past Commitments:

• Served as President of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce 1996/1997
• Served as President of the Sunset Hammock (Key Largo) Homeowners Association - 3 years
• Served as Treasurer of the Townhouses of Emerald Hills - 3 years
• Was President of the Hollywood Chapter of Hadassah - 4 years
• Was the Chamber representative with the Hollywood Development Council
• Was very active with the Hollywood Playhouse
• Served on the board of the YMCA
• Served on the board of the Jewish Federation
• Was an exchange student between my junior/senior years in high school (went to Germany)
• Was a member of the Habimah Players for 25 years (performing, on stage, for charities)
• Served as a volunteer at Memorial Regional Hospital (When it had only 4 stories)
