Downtown Hollywood – Update 2008
  • In 2008, two residential, mixed-use projects, Hollywood Station and Radius, will bring ~600 new residential units.
  • New parking garage in Radius creates 200+ spaces (~20% growth in parking inventory).
  • Campaign to position vacancies in the Downtown area, ~ 75,000 sq. ft along Hollywood Boulevard, Harrison Street, & Young Circle.
  • Explore opportunities for Downtown Hollywood as Broward County’s ‘epicenter’ for an urban office and employment center.
