Strategic Plan


The City of Hollywood has created a Citywide Strategic Plan for Organizational Efficiency and Quality Service. The Development of this Strategic Plan was guided by a Steering committee for organizational culture change and over 1700 of Hollywoodâ€™s City employees. The task was to identify and implement a process where all employees had a voice to offer creative, honest and open communications in the development of one year objectives and strategies to support the enhancement of providing quality service to our community.
