Welcome to the City of Hollywood's Department of Financial Services Webpage. The Department of Financial Services carries out its fiscal role in accordance with the City Charter and Code and policies set by the City Commission. The Department provides direct services to the public and internal support services to the City overall. Direct services to the public include: utility billing and customer service, customer payment processing, local business tax receipts, lien searches, and emergency alarm registration. Internal support functions include issuing municipal bonds, debt administration, revenue collection, accounts receivable, managing and investing public funds, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger, grants monitoring and preparation of interim and annual financial reports as well as overseeing the City's annual, external financial audit.
