Neighborhood Grant Programs

50/50 SIDEWALK PLAN The 50/50 sidewalk Plan is a partnership between the City and the property owners' to alleviate the burden to repair or replace damaged sidewalks. In low-moderate income areas, the City of Hollywood Department of Community Development may be able to pay for the owners ½ share of the cost of the sidewalk.
