Charter Review
 
 

Purpose

In November 2007, the Hollywood City Commission established a charter review process, which created a Charter Review Committee to review the City Charter and make recommendations as to whether a provision should be changed, remain the same, be deleted, or new provisions added. The Committee's recommendations were presented to the City Commission on November 18, 2009 and can be viewed by clicking the link below.

Membership

The City Commission appointed 11 members to the Committee, which consists of a representative from each district and five citywide representatives (R-2008-15, R-2008-152).
