Employees in the City of Hollywood are represented by five different bargaining unit agreements. These include: PBA IAFF AFSCME General AFSCME Professional AFSCME Supervisory Executive Pay Plan Management, Confidential and Executive employees are exempt from the provisions of collective bargaining agreements.
