Community Centers

Rental packages for David Park, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Driftwood, Kay Gaither, Oak Lake, McNicol and Washington Park Community Centers:

  • 4 hour rental  - $315.00
  • Each additional hour - $60.00
  • Deposit -  $100.00
  • Additional charge for insurance, to be determined
  • Additional staff per hour - $20.00
  • Park Ranger staff detail per hour - $25.00
  • All 4-hour rentals includes standard set-up/break down, one staff person, processing fee and applicable taxes, tables and chairs
  • 50% surcharge for recognized City holidays
  • 30% discount for recognized not-for-profit groups with a tax-exempt certificate under the Internal Revenue Code
