Benefits of Paying Online
Internet access improves customer service by giving you, the customer, online access to your account information from the convenience of your home or office. Why call a customer service representative in order to answer your standard billing or inquiry issues?

You can now access the following information whenever you want:
  • Account Information - View your account information, including account status and balance, last bill, and last payment received.
  • Payment history - View your account's payment history, including pending payments.
  • Pay Now - Pay your bill and store credit card information in our electronic billfold where you can also choose notification options.
  • Consumption Report - Review your historical usage on metered services. Your account's consumption summary information for each meter, including last reading, average daily usage, and period usage are presented in graphical format. Three years of history is displayed.
  • Billing History - View your account's billing history for the past 3 years. Select bills by Bill Date to view and/or print the details of that month's bill.
  • Service Summary - View your account's service summary information. Click on the icon next to the service to view a graph of your service charges based on the last 12 months.
  • Edit Account - Change your Phone Number, PIN and/or Email Address.
  • Email Us - Send an email to our Customer Service Department with any question or concern. 
  • Change Billing Options - You can tell us wether you would like to have a paper bill, an e-bill notification, or both.  Just type in your account number and PIN to log into this feature. Then select one of the 3 options and click the SAVE button. That's it! This change to your account happens immediately and your next bill will be handled accordingly. 
  • Log Off - Log off of your City Of Hollywood Water Account.
