The City of Hollywood's Real Estate Division provides professional real estate expertise and administrative support to the City Manager and other City Departments and Offices.  The division also serves as the City's contact to the general public for real estate related questions, issues, and / or assistance regarding City owned properties.

The Division manages:

• Real property acquisition / disposition by the City
• Lease negotiation / administration for the City land / property
• Review of real property valuations
• Easements / right-of-ways
• Property management
• Special projects including real estate related economic development
