Overview
The City of Hollywood's Department of Planning & Development Services oversees the processes involving new and existing development and redevelopment within the City. This includes building permits, zoning, and the development plan review process. The Department strives to provide the highest level of customer service and convenience through the coordination of departmental functions and consolidation of all permitting activities at a one-stop service delivery center.
