Connect/Reconnect/Disconnect Service

Delinquent Accounts

All delinquent accounts  will be assessed an additional $50.00 deposit, in addition to the required deposit. 

Additional fees are as follows:
$35.00 service disconnection charge for nonpayment, per occurrence. 
$25.00 service reconnect fee, per occurrence, to reconnect service before 4:00pm.  
$50.00 service reconnect fee, per occurrence,  to reconnect service after 4:00pm weekdays.  
$15.00 field visit fee, per occurrence, for property owners who do not provide access to the meter, or who do not keep physical access to the meter free and clear of debris, and/or obstacles so that the city can access the meter.  
Reconnecting a Service

  • To reconnect service Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm call: 954.921.3938.
  • To report emergency leaks on holidays and weekends call 954.764.HELP (4357) on Saturday, Sunday and holidays only.

Attention Customers:

When requesting a reconnect, please ensure that all faucets are turned to the off position in order to be reconnected. Additional trips to reconnect the service due to this issue will cost additional fees.

For inquiries regarding garbage removal and recycling services, as well as disposal of bulky hard junk call 954.967.4200, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
