Connect/Reconnect/Disconnect Service

Delinquent Accounts

Delinquent accounts  may be assessed an additional $50.00 deposit, in addition to the required deposit. 

Additional fees are as follows:
$35.00 service disconnection fee for nonpayment, per occurrence. 
$25.00 service reconnection fee, per occurrence, if service order to reconnect service is issued before 4:00pm.  
$50.00 service reconnection fee, per occurrence, if service order to reconnect service is issued after 4:00pm weekdays.  
$15.00 field visit fee, per occurrence, for property owners who do not provide access to the meter, or who do not keep physical access to the meter free and clear of debris, and/or obstacles so that the city can access the meter.  
 
Reconnecting a Service

  • To reconnect service Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm call: 954.921.3938.    

Attention Customers:

When requesting a reconnection, please ensure that all faucets are turned to the off position in order to be reconnected. Additional trips to reconnect the service due to this issue will result in additional fees.
