Utility Billing & Customer Service
Welcome to the Utility Billing & Customer Service center, your one-stop shop for paying your City of Hollywood utility bill, viewing utility service rates, registering for utility payment-related services, and much more.   

Establishing New Utility Service

New utility accounts can be opened in person at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Blvd, Room 103. Requirements include:
  • A copy of your lease (if you are renting) or closing documents (if you are the new property owner)
  • A state issued photo ID
  • The appropriate deposit. The City's Municipal Ordinance requires all new customers to prepay their deposit.

Out of State or Cannot Stop By


In the event you are out of state or cannot visit our office in person, the Utility Service Application can be printed and mailed with the appropriate documentation and deposit as described above.

  • For assistance regarding your water service or utility bill, or to reconnect service before 5:30 p.m. weekdays:
