Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Arts
The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts' purpose is to acquire, develop, program and maintain city park facilities. The Department plans, coordinates and implements a multitude of recreation services, concerts and events.

To enrich the quality of life for our residents and guests through memorable recreational experiences.

Recreation Opportunities
Recreation and open space lands located within the City of Hollywood offer a diverse range of facilities, activities and amenities. The City of Hollywood maintains approximately 785 acres of park and open space.

The park system is comprised of 38 parks, 43 playgrounds, 11 community centers, 6 sports complexes, 3 golf courses, 3 ampitheaters, 1 visual arts building, 1 community pool,  and 1 tennis center.

Available Programs
Within the park system a variety of programming takes place including arts / dance, after-school, camps, adult programs, senior socials, youth sports, special events and so much more.

There is always something to do here in the City of Hollywood's park system, so come out and play with us.
