City of Hollywood Boating & Marine Information

The Marine Advisory Board was formed to develop ways to increase revenue from the marine industry sector in Hollywood; develop strategies to encourage students and residents to pursue careers in the marine industry; develop strategies to increase marine activities and opportunities for Hollywood’s residents and tourists, and to provide recommendations to the Commission with specific findings and recommendations.

The Marine Advisory Board is comprised of seven to eleven members to be appointed by the Commission. At least three members shall be residents of the City of Hollywood and at least three members shall be marine industry professionals.
