Welcome to the City of Hollywood Office of Parking Administration

Parking permits are available for parking in specific parking locations downtown and Hollywood beach, depending on the permit type. Permits are sold on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVED basis and do not guarantee that there will always be a parking space available.

A current parking permit must be clearly visible at all times while parked. If the permit is a decal (sticker permit), it must be displayed on the driver's side of the front windshield. If the permit is a hangtag, it must be hung from the rearview mirror with the printed side facing out so it can be read from the front of the vehicle. Permits displayed in any other location in the vehicle will not be honored. Permits are valid ONLY in metered spaces on-street, in parking lots and public parking garages based on the permit type (see valid locations below). City-issued permits shall not be copied, reproduced or altered in any manner. The City may revoke permit use for any improper use of the permit.

By rate resolution, the City reserves the right to charge a flat rate for special event parking. During special events, parking permits are NOT valid in the public parking garages and Johnson Street Lot. Permit holders will be required to pay the special event rate prior to entering these facilities.

To qualify for the Hollywood Resident Rate, all of the documents listed in combination one or combination two must be submitted with permit application: Combination One: DL, vehicle registration, & either a lease agreement, residential tax bill, utility bill (electric, gas, water, phone, cell phone) or voter’s card – all documents must have Hollywood address and match permit holder’s name. Combination Two: DL, vehicle registration – with any resident address & residential tax bill with Hollywood address – all documents must match permit holder’s name.* VALID LOCATIONS: In all metered parking spaces and public parking garages located downtown and Hollywood beach.	$318/yr *Hollywood Resident Rate $159/yr (Includes 6% sales tax)
DOWNTOWN GARGAGE 24/7 REQUIREMENTS: Current driver's license (DL) & vehicle registration *To qualify for the Hollywood Resident Rate, all of the documents listed in combination one or combination two must be submitted with permit application: Combination One: DL, vehicle registration, & either a lease agreement, residential tax bill, utility bill (electric, gas, water, phone, cell phone) or voter’s card – all documents must have Hollywood address and match permit holder’s name. Combination Two: DL, vehicle registration – with any resident address & residential tax bill with Hollywood address – all documents must match permit holder’s name. HOTEL/MOTEL & APT/CONDO RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Current DL, vehicle registration & Local Business Tax Receipt (LBTR) from the City of Hollywood VALID LOCATIONS: In all metered parking spaces and public parking garages located downtown and Hollywood beach.	$26.50/mo or $159/yr (Includes 6% sales tax)

EMPLOYEE STREET (12 HOUR MAXIMUM PARKING) REQUIREMENTS: Current DL, vehicle registration & pay stub or notarized letter from place of employment in Hollywood. VALID LOCATIONS: Parking areas designated employee parking only in downtown and in all metered parking spaces on Hollywood beach.	$31.80/mo (Includes 6% sales tax)
