Bicentennial Park

This neighborhood park is a jewel to the Northwest Hollywood community, providing a beautiful setting for quiet play for children on the recently resurfaced, shaded playground and it also features a fitness trail.
 
Carlton Montayne Park
6200 Arthur Street
This active park has a trail, picnic tables, benches & a recently resurfaced playground.
 
Cathy & Bob Anderson Park
5800 Thomas Street

Bob and Cathy Anderson Park is a well-used neighborhood facility just east of U.S. 441. This neighborhood park has a basketball court, a picnic pavilion, a shaded Tot Lot and playground with new surfacing as well as a small parking lot.
 
Driftwood Park & Community Center
3000 N 69th Avenue - (954) 967-4241

The 9,000 square foot Driftwood Center houses individual rooms for classes, dance, meetings and a computer lab. A reception area and warming kitchen add to its rental amenities. It also has a four-field athletic complex, concession stand, playgrounds, parking lots and landscaping.

Current Programs

The grand opening of the Driftwood Community Pool was held March, 2004 providing the community with year-round programming from open swim to specialty classes to the Hollywood Dolphin Swim Team. Thorguard Lightning protection is provided and the pool is heated for the cooler seasons. All staff is American Red Cross certified.

Emerald Hills Lakes Park

A neighborhood park with playground, swings, ballfield and small basketball court.
 
Hollywood West Park

Hollywood West has long been used as a primary home for several soccer, and softball/baseball teams requiring lighted fields. It includes lighted ballfields with bleachers, playground equipment and a restroom/concession stand.
 
John Williams Park
Sheridan Oak Forest - 6101 Sheridan Street

A favorite among scouts, overnight campers and nature lovers, John Williams Park allows a close encounter with nature while providing passive recreational activities. The park also has playground equipment, a pavilion, a walking path and restrooms.
 
Kiwanis Park
3400 Johnson Street

This well shaded park has a playground, benches, a concrete walkway and newly-planted trees.
 
Mara Berman Giulianti Park in Emerald Hills
4151 N. Hills Drive

This charming park was named in honor of long-standing Mayor Mara Giulianti. It features a pavilion, picnic tables, a basketball half-court, a playground, benches and a bathroom.
 
Montella Park
1231 N 69th Way - (954) 967-4235

Located in west central Hollywood, this center offers an after-school program for children ages 5 and 6 which features sports; games; arts & crafts; special events and field trips. Hours of operation are 2:00pm - 6:00pm. A summer camp is offered for ages 6 to 13. The surrounding park has a walking path, playground equipment and a picnic shelter and is the location of the Hollywood West Summer Concert Series. Tennis, track, softball field, basketball courts and a Tot Lot are located on adjacent school grounds.

Oak Lake Park

This lakeside site has benches, a small community center and is used for Police Canine Training. Two small fishing docks are on the lake.
 
Oakridge Park

This park was created in one day by DaimlerChrysler executives working with city employees and civic association members. Their contribution also included about $100,000 for playground equipment, 50 cypress trees and landscaping for the 37-acre site.

The site now contains a play area for dogs and their owners, two parking lots, benches, a small pavilion, an additional playground and walking paths.
 
Rainbow Tot Lot

A special place for toddlers with swing, slide, tunnel and benches.
 
Rotary Park
3150 Taft Street

This facility offers 8 baseball fields, batting cages, two clubhouses, a playground, boat ramp and cat walk.
 
Seminole Park
64th Avenue & Charleston Street

This passive park is lush with shady trees, nature trails, walkways, a playground.
 
Topeekeegee Yugnee Park (T.Y. Park)
Sheridan Street & Park Road

Broward County Facility

T.Y. park’ has picnic areas, lakesie gazebos all with water, electricity, grills, and tables, a Swimming Lagoon, which includes a waterfall, bathhouse, and a freshwater beach. The new Castaway Island water playground complex features two pools, a picnic area, and restrooms. T.Y. also offers several kinds of boats for rent, two hard tennis courts, two basketball courts, a biking/jogging path, volleyball areas, and concessions.

This satellite office of Hollywood Parks, Recreation & Cultural provides similar services to the Administrative Offices located at 1405 S. 28th Avenue. Citizens located in the central to west portion of the City may register for athletic programs, rent park pavilions and obtain
information on all city-wide programs and events. The Parks Manager Neftale Beltran; Athletic Superintendent David Vazquez and Park Ranger Coordinator Tom Lauridia are based there. Office hours are from 10:00 a.m. - Noon and 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
