Kay Gaither Community Center at Beverly Park

This recently renovated center offers free after care, spring, winter and summer camps to those that qualify. These programs are funded by the Children Services Council Maximizing Out-of-school Time grant. Other programs include Wee Wiggle and Sing, Steel Pan Drums/Music and civic meetings. The Community Center now has an additional 1,900 square feet of space that features new restrooms, a fenced play area with new playground equipment and shade structure adjacent to a new classroom. Additionally, the original building was renovated to include a reception and office areas and a new roof. Additional parking was added in the parking lot and the basketball courts now boast new acrylic surfacing. The improvements at Kay Gaither were made possible by the General Obligation bond passed by voters in 2004 to help upgrade the City of Hollywood's Parks and Public Safety Facilities. David Park & Community Center

Located just west of I-95 at 33rd Court & Hollywood Boulevard, this center's programs include a mom & tot program; and spring, summer & winter specialty camps. In addition, various classes are held for children and adults such as dancing, karate and chess. Clubs for a variety of ages including self-help groups and civic associations meet here. Outdoor amenities include open basketball/paddleball courts and a playground with shade structure and artificial turf. A popular November event held here is Monster Machines Day. Located ½ block away is the David Park Tennis Center.

This passive park features a walkway and several benches.
 
Fletcher Street Park

This quaint neighborhood park has swings, a tot lot and a shaded playground with artificial turf.
 
Hollywood Hills Elementary Recreation Area

This recreation area offers a playground, a basketball court and two baseball fields.
 
Lions Park

This passive park offers a quiet spot to relax on benches.
 
Orangebrook Golf Course & Clubhouse

A historic 36-hole championship facility with renovation recently completed on the West Course. Walking or riding permitted. Junior golf programs available. Lighted driving range is open 7 days per week. Newly renovated restaurant and full cocktail lounge. Panoramic view surrounds the entire clubhouse facility. Banquet facilities are available as are golf memberships.
 
Stan Goldman Memorial Park
800 Knights Road

A passive park features a fitness trail, fishing area, playgrounds and picnic areas and a skateboard rink. This park also includes 2 recently resurfaced roller hockey rinks with concession stand and restroom located at the northern end of the park and just south of Johnson Street.
 
Sal Oliveri & Veterans Park

This Hollywood Hills neighborhood park includes a picnic shelter with metal roof and playground structures with shade coverings on artificial turf.  Benches and tables enhance the setting as well as a walking path, a water feature and asphalt for hopscotch.  The water feature with a palm tree in the center has a surprise button which creates the effect of a summer shower for those who test the waters.
 
 
Washington Park & Community Center

Located on the southern edge of the city, Washington Park offers recreational programs for all ages, including seniors. Young people can enjoy a teen club and youth crime watch. There are computer classes and open recreational play offered. Sporting programs include youth and teen basketball leagues, a football program and weight lifting. Programs include spring, summer & winter camps. Annual sporting events include a weight lifting contest and paddleball, men's flag football and women's basketball tournaments. A gymnasium and kitchen are available for rental with tables & chairs included. Outdoor amenities include a lighted football/baseball field, concession stand, basketball court, volleyball pit, and playground unit and swings on artificial turf as well as an interactive water feature.

GOB enhancements include construction of a new 2,400 square foot building with a concession stand, meeting room, storage & maintenance rooms, restrooms and a small office. Upgrades also include replacement of the basketball court, installation of a water play feature & safety surfacing, and benches at the existing playground area. Football fans will welcome new bleachers and a concrete walkway leading to the football field.

A quiet facility, this passive park is known for its walking trail  with 10 exercise stations, interactive water feature and two playground with shade structures, one wood chip, the other artificial turf.
