Thank you for choosing to participate in the City of Hollywood Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts on-line survey. We are in the process of producing the first Parks Comprehensive Master Plan and appreciate your input in the process.

The following survey takes approximately 15 minutes of your time and will assist us in the measuring progress of our parks. Your feedback will positively affect our communities for many years to come with the Parks Master Plan.
