The City of Hollywood maintains a storm and surface water management system which includes various inlets, piping systems, manholes, channels, ditches, drainage easements, retention and detention basins, infiltration facilities, swales, as well as natural waterways. All elements of these provide collection, storage, treatment, and conveyance of stormwater, and are of benefit and provide services to all property within the city.

The information provided on this portion of the site will help you to better understand the storm water basics, the drainage system, and how you can help manage storm water.
