Showerhead Exchange Showerhead Exchange Program
Helping Hollywood Residents Save Water

The City of Hollywood provides water service to 150,000 permanent residents and 60,000 seasonal residents and visitors each year. Annually the City of Hollywood produces over eight billion gallons of potable water to meet our customers’ needs.

The City of Hollywood has developed several water savings programs and community out reach programs for local schools and community groups.

The City of Hollywood has a showerhead exchange program available to our residents.

This program provides free water conservation kit, to Hollywood customers, in exchange for their old water wasting showerhead. Water conservation kits include – one low flow shower head, one kitchen faucet aerator, one bathroom faucet aerator, one toilet bowl leak detection tablets, one toilet tank displacement bag and one instruction/conservation informational brochure. This kit could help the average home save up to 3,000 gallons of water a month.
