Film Permits can be obtained from the Public Affairs and Marketing Division. The Film Permit Application can be downloaded or faxed to you upon request. Who should I call if I have a problem with Comcast?

The "Consumer Choice Act of 2007" became law on July 1, 2007. The law removes cable television regulation from municipalities and counties and places it under the auspices of the State of Florida. In addition, the legislation removes the responsibility for handling cable television consumer complaints from the municipalities and places in under the auspices of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Your first course of action should always be to contact Comcast Customer Service by calling Comcast or visiting their website at http://www.comcast.com If after contacting Comcast, you remain unsatisfied or the problem has not been corrected, you should contact the Department of Agriculture, at either the website: http://www.800helpfla.com/complnt.html or the toll free number: 1-800-435-7352.
