We invite any vendor interested in doing business with the City to use our free on-line "eProcurement" system. The system provides all registered users with e-mail notification when a new bid has been posted and allows the submission of the bid response to be done electronically.

Participation in the free eProcurement on-line system is not a necessary requirement for doing business with the City of Hollywood Procurement Services. You will still be able to get bid information by searching Open Bids our web site. However, if you choose not to register on-line, you will not receive automatic notification of bid opportunities.

To Sign Up for Email Bid Notifications

To Respond Electronically to Bids

1. Download Bid Response Form.
Go to Login. You will be prompted for your username and password. Select the bid to which you are responding. The Bid Response form will be downloaded to your PC. This form is in Microsoft Word format and contains fields to be filled. There is no need to print the form as all required data can be entered directly on the form. When finished, save the completed form on your PC.

2. Submit Completed Bid Response Form.
Go to Login. Your will be prompted for your username and password. Go to Step 2, Submit Completed Response. Attach the completed form and specify the Bid Number in the subject field of the e-mail (for example RFP-3680-01/BD). Bid Responses without the correct Bid Number in the subject field will not be opened. Also attach any other electronic documents that may be specified on the form. All Bid Responses will be held unopened until the Bid's closing date.

To View Bid Results

Bid results are posted on-line as soon as they are available. Selected vendors will be notified directly by the City's Procurement Services.

To Maintain Your User Information

Go to Login. You will be prompted for your User ID, username and password.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your User ID is required to change your account information in our database and cannot be modified. Therefore, we recommend that your User ID, which is provided when you first register, be held by a limited number of staff in your organization.
