Welcome to the City of Hollywood's on-line Customer Service Center for your utility account. 

Customers are required to pay a utility service deposit upon opening a utility account. Repeated delinquency or multiple returned checks may result in an additional deposit being required. The City pays interest on your deposit annually. Deposits are refunded after 23 months of continuous service to owner occupied Single-Family, Duplex or Triplex residential customers, provided the customer's account has remained in good credit standing. When an account is closed, the deposit is either applied toward any outstanding balances remaining on the account or refunded.
