New utility accounts can be opened in person at City Hall, 2600 Hollywood Blvd, Room # 103. Requirements include:

• a state issued photo id
• a copy of your lease (if you are renting) or closing documents (if you are the new property owner)
• the appropriate deposit. The City's Municipal Ordinance requires all new customers to prepay their deposit. To determine your deposit amount click here.

In the event you are out of state or cannot visit our office in person, the “Utility Service Application” can be printed and mailed with the appropriate documentation and deposit as described above. Please call our customer service department at (954) 921-3241 if you must use this option.
