The City of Hollywood Public Utilities Department is offering a retrofit program to qualified Hollywood residents to replace older toilets which use an excessive amount of water. Residential utility customers who submit an application, with proof of purchase for the replacement of an older toilet with a WaterSense certified toilet will receive a rebate of up to $100 per toilet.
