Boulevard Heights Elementary School K - Grade 5 Principal’s Message: Boulevard Heights is excited to kick off the 21-22 school year! Our faculty and staff are highly qualified and committed to serving ALL students and families. Our school's vision for the 2021 – 2022 school year is clear: We expect to see great teaching and learning in every classroom, every day, as well as a positive classroom culture that is conducive to student success. As the Boulevard Heights principal, my goal is to ensure that all children are healthy, happy, safe, and ready to learn. The Covid-19 Pandemic has created many challenges for everyone, especially our students. We are excited to welcome back our students face to face and address their social emotional needs so that we can concentrate on their academic success. We know that our children and families have demonstrated remarkable resilience over the last 18 months. The staff of BHE are committed to leading Boulevard Heights into the next phase of recovery and reengagement. - Katie Policastro, Principal School Narrative: Our new theme for the 21-22 school year is Navigate and Accelerate Student Achievement (NASA). We are excited to provide an “out of this world” experience for our students and families of BHE! Our PTA, School Advisory Council and School Advisory Forum are always actively looking for participants. We have SAC/SAF and PTA Meetings monthly. Orange Brook Elementary School K - Grade 5 Principal’s Message: Welcome to Orange Brook Elementary School! It is an honor and privilege to humbly serve as your Principal. Our goal is to continue to work hand-in-hand with our families and community, ensuring that our students receive a world class education that is absolutely second to none!
We believe that all students can and will learn, and that education is the ultimate equalizer in today’s growing and ever changing world. We are duty bound to provide our students with a quality education, and we will stop at nothing to attain that goal! We pride ourselves on providing every child a complete and comprehensive learning experience, grounded with foundational skills that will guide them beyond their elementary school years.
We strongly believe in the home-school connection and you are encouraged to communicate often with your child’s teacher. We also welcome you to become involved in the school by volunteering and participating in our Parent Teacher Association (PTA), School Advisory Council (SAC) or School Advisory Forum (SAF).

O’Neal, Principal School Narrative: Orange Brook Elementary is a school where the staff and parents believe in working together to help our students achieve their personal best. As the FIRST elementary school in Broward County to partner with the BridgeIt program, administration and staff has been able to create a “Culture of Caring” environment where all students and staff feel valued. Bride-It is a digital program that allow students to give and receive positive affirmations from peers, teachers, and administration as a way of building and inspiring our students and staff. In addition, Mr. O’Neal, Principal of OBE, has implemented a school-wide safety/behavior plan using the acronym S.T.A.R to ensure that our students are Safe, Trustworthy, exhibits an A+ Attitude and shows Respect. Lastly, OBE promotes academic achievement and social growth via Kings and Queens. Kings and Queens is a mentor program for students that needs that extra boost academically and/or behaviorally. |

School Narrative: Sheridan Hills Elementary School is a neighborhood school in the heart of Hollywood, Florida. We offer a wealth of enrichment programs for our students in addition to the standard academic curriculum; including Dance Team, Gardening Club, Robotics, Computer Coding, Oratorical Contest, Spelling Bee, and much more! Sheridan Hills is committed to provide a stimulating, technology-rich, diversified, and relevant curriculum designed to ensure that every child reaches his/her highest potential. Stirling Elementary School K - Grade 5 Principal's Message: It is with great pleasure and honor that I welcome back our Stirling learning community to the 2021 – 2022 school year. Summer proved to be a great break, but now the faculty and staff of our school is eager to get back to teaching and learning for the new academic year. Know that we are committed to striving for an experience that is rich in academics and grounded in social-emotional awareness.
Within the walls of our building, you will learn that we are much more than a school. We are a family of educators, administrative and operational staff members, students and parents that come together for the benefit of our learners. We are dedicated to ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education, within a safe and secure learning environment. - Jacqueline Arneaz, Principal School Narrative: The students at Stirling Elementary School are studying a cross-curricular history of the Mesoamerican civilizations, Inca, Maya, and Aztec people. Art projects are being created while the culture is studied and discussed in Spanish and PE class. This experience includes a visual arts unit to facilitate the students experience and to encourage their own exploration of historical events. A beautiful display will be created in the media center for our students to enjoy and celebrate what they learned.

School Narrative: BridgePrep Academy of Hollywood Hills/Broward K8 is a charter school that provides KG-8th grade students with a quality education that is aligned with the requirements of the Broward County Public Schools. We also provide students with a full Spanish language immersion program, where every student receives a minimum of 45 minutes of Spanish every day. Currently, our school grade is a “B” as delineated by the Florida Department of Education.
